Today i got woken up with a song in my head, a song to destroy fear. One i know quite well as i have it in one of my playlists. on YouTube. It is a Sanskrit Mantra to destroy fear within, from a story Sage Makandeya who got given Eternal life by Shiva. (Google it if you want to know more)
Last week, as i experienced some rather challenging lessons, I also experienced a much, much bigger lesson, the one we know in the human world as gravity. When we are given a huge ladder and are allowed to climb it up and up, all the way to the top, And as we do so, we make an error because we have gained too much weight, the ladder breaks, and all comes tumbling down. Well, so did I. The fastest to fall was what picked up the most weight, my ego. It landed first, face down on the concrete floor, with a huge splat. Second to that some pieces of ladder, also became heavy and hit it quite hard, leaving some wounds that had to heal After that, my spirit and soul together with the remainder of the ladder as well as some other rubbish from my past, decided to also come down. So in the end, all that was left was a huge mess of me, and my ladder. Completely crashed,
As i sat there, licking my wounds, searching for the plasters, and bandages to heal my many wounds, i was also searching for a new ladder, as after all, i was busy climbing. SO i fixed my wounds with same plasters and bandages, found a new ladder and started racing up. And then it hit me, i couldn’t see.
So i stopped. Cursed a few times. Got pissed off, and waited. Thinking, wondering, what did i miss, what did i not get right… Where the f**k is it. And then i got shown. Myself, with black glasses on. Being told this will remain there for 3 days so you can feel. And you need to feel everyone within your range. Everyone you talk to, everyone you meet. What is their intent. Why are they there, What is wrong.
So, not happy about being so hefty tested yet again, i started to wonder, who can i feel, who is in range. How far can i go without sight. Turns out it is not a good idea to take your dogs out for a walk in the park at 5 PM and meet a lot of people on their way out, because all most think about is “i am hungry, what will we eat” Quite a fucked up idea to see everyone is the same. Guess it really is a “oneness of all existence” after all. Some people however did not give off that signal, Some were unhappy, groaning, and pissed off while others were quite cheerful there. So yeah after your long walk you come home fully knowing okay i am an empath i knew that, but this i closed all off because it overwhelmed me before, and now i got all this. Am i imagining or was it all real. Time for more testing.
The next morning i got pinged on whatsapp with a ” Hey, are you busy for a minute” Someone had a challenge with a reading, and asked for help. As i normally read through sight and sensing, i had to rely on feelings alone. So started to feel the person asking for help to feel what was wrong and felt also 2 other connections buildup about the reading as well as a pile of emotions that hit me from all three. It was extremely overwhelming to read this way, and a totally different experience than through sight The emotions hit me like instantly, and from all three nicely drew some tears but oh well, part of the process and part of being sensitive. It turned out that i could feel things really well without using sight. and got confirmed that everything i felt was right.
Later this afternoon i went to visit my parents, and repeated my thing, getting a reply from my mom of ” no you are wrong” (Right mom, no way i am wrong) Only to get an pile of words a few hours later when the brick on her heart that i felt, really was pressing so hard that it just had to come out. And in the evening, also in a different case, repeated to process with the same kind of result. So… this works…
And then, this morning it hit me. Something i was annoyed about from days before. We are not here to help a few people. We are here to help each and every one. To leave no one behind. It does not make me, or you the teacher nor the student, it it makes each and everyone both teacher and student. Patient to listen, observe, ask, grow, fall, and learn. Made imperfect to perfection so we can be each role to everyone.
And if that is why i am here, and why so many of you called me a master in the last 48 hours, all receiving the same reply that i am as much a master as a student, like you, and i am an equal, not more or less than you, then i think i also have a lot of teaching and explaining to do.
The second thing that hit me, was, well obviously my ladder is not strong enough to support all of you, As it could not hold me on my own with all the stuff i gathered, so something stronger needs to be build. And i started thinking well i could build a staircase, but you wouldn’t all fit on it, as the group of people touched starts to grow… So even planet-size will not do. Then why not build the entire cosmos on shared knowledge. Up to today, that is still standing strong, fully able to support all existence and loving us unconditionally for being there.
So, as that is where i am, and it seems to be, also where you are.
I have been asked a lot, the last few days ” i know little about energy” Can you explain me some? Since i have done quite a rambling in my email already, and it looks to be quite long, it is all for today left for me to write about.

Chakra`s
Kundalini energy
Pranic energy
Molucular leven energy
Sub atomic level energy
The chakra system exists of 7 primary chakras but counts a 104 chakras overall in total. This makes up for 15 sets of 7 chakras and 3 special ones plus energy point zero (the soul spark).
The soul is our source of unconditional love, it houses in the heart chakra and is the base of your existence. Without it, no life will be possible. Each and every soul is created with a tremendous amount of unconditional love and a variety of different other energies that it accesses through the chakra system (and more) in humankind You can see the soul as Chakra 0. It is the receiver of the information, and the giver of information to and from our spirit and our body. / bodies.
To start at the base of the chakra`s there are 3 chakras below and 3 above the heart chakra. So the heart should always be in balance in between knowledge and storage. Energy in chakra`s flows typically from the root through all the other chakra`s up (in different frequencies) to the crown, and then back again the same way as it came up. Yet it also flows, in all frequencies throughout the entire body.
When people start to meditate your body knows it is starting to take / generate energy inward storing it in the chakra`s. And if you focus on the root chakra, while meditating, this is where it will flow to, up to the point where you feel it flow through your entire body, and you know your root chakra is filled. At first this is a small tingle, but it will grow more and more, the more we practice. Most people can get this far from scratch in between like 2 weeks and a few months time through like 10 to 15 minutes of meditation a day.
When the energetic body has reached a state where it can recharge and gather energy quickly enough it will start to press through the crown to connect to its higher self set of chakra`s as there are quite a few sets more it knows it needs to master These, if you do research appear to be above the crown located. When you start to send excess energy to the crown, (and some times push it a little) this will start to develop more and more Around chakra 11 or 12, one usually starts to meet their higher self and experience visions or visualizations of the higher worlds involved in this process.
At the same time, as we experience more in the connections with the ” spirit self” the Kundalini energy line starts to awaken and develop inside us, the Kundalini lotus on the crown gets born.
This is the awakening of the second energy system the body has. It compliments, but also functions beside the chakra flow of energy. You can ask me about the names, but i use the knowledge more practically, so need to dig into that too just like you do if you want to know more.
When the Kundalini energy starts to wake, it grows through spiritual experience. Through traveling through meditation, visions, healing, seeing and so on. This is why people always get told to heal, read, meditate, see, experience and help others, it is the only way to grow. The Kundalini flower grows petals on experience. (Or in the Buddhism way, through long hours of meditation) and it grows and grows till it finally is complete. Each higher chakra grows its own Kundalini flower when fully developed. and once the set of seven is complete, and all chakra`s are of equal size, all flowers are on equal size and aligned with each other, they will merge, allowing you to move forward from the higher universe into the next one. (We named it divine universe for convenience as there is no naming conversion on this) During the merging of the Kundalini flowers, the higher self you met here in the higher universe, will also merge and become one with you. All this allows you to move onward onto a higher spiritual level.
When one moves into the higher universes (or selves depending on how you wish to experience) the Pranic energy line also starts to awaken. Pranic energy, also known under a tricky name as ” Pranic sex energy” It is called like that because it gives off a sexual sensation in the beginning that one needs to get used to. As the energy line grows, the sexual part will vanish (unless used during of course) but the sensation of energy will remain clearly feel able as a hell of a lot of tingles. The Pranic energy line lies closely to the spine, and will often be felt on the spine, a bit similar to this picture:
This energy flow also runs two ways, from below with a double twist in the belly area to the top (crown) all the way to the tip of the nose, as the serpents tongue lies there sleeping in energy inside you. Sounds funny i know, but when you reach that point and experience, you will know what i mean. When this is fully grown you will start to develop further into something this picture can show you best:
